25+ years supporting systemic K-12 education change, co-designing whole school transformation with district leaders, principals, and educators that honors each community’s unique context while applying research-based learning outcomes and scalable approaches to sustainable change.

New Tech Network (NTN) is a national nonprofit dedicated to systemic change in education, centering K-12 schools as the units of change while working closely with district leaders, school principals, and classroom educators to co-design approaches specific to each context. With more than 25 years of supporting schools and districts in change-making, NTN has developed the ability to recognize common patterns across systems while honoring what is unique about each school and district community. Their focus areas align the work of whole school transformation through all phases of school development, and their five research-based learning outcomes allow teachers to assess students based on a holistic picture of their skills while meeting state academic requirements—making change both scalable and sustainable.

Why It Matters: New Tech Network recognizes that meaningful educational transformation happens at the school level through co-design with the people who know their communities best, rather than through top-down mandates or imported programs. By combining 25 years of pattern recognition across systems with deep respect for local context, NTN threads the needle between scalable support and community-specific solutions that actually take root. The focus on holistic student outcomes alongside state requirements demonstrates that systemic change doesn’t require choosing between innovation and accountability—schools can meet both when transformation is designed with and for each community.
